1. Seller

Prints offered on pierreyveslesage.com are sold by Pierre-Yves Lesage, artist-author (SIRET 90266287300014), 62 rue Mouffetard, 75005 Paris, France.

2. Products

Products offered are limited edition fine-art prints, numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The characteristics of each print (size, paper, edition) are specified on the product page.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Payment is processed online by Mollie B.V.

4. Production and shipping

Prints are produced to order. Production time is 5 to 10 working days. Delivery is made by tracked carrier. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to consumer specifications or clearly customised. As prints are produced to order, no returns are accepted except for proven defects.

6. Defects and claims

In case of manufacturing defect or shipping damage, the buyer has 14 days from delivery to notify the seller by email at contact@pierreyveslesage.com, with photographs. See the returns policy.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of French courts.
