Prints made to order

Each print is produced to order and numbered. In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to consumer specifications or clearly customised.

Defects and shipping damage

In case of manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@pierreyveslesage.com, with photographs of the print and its packaging. A replacement or refund will be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Undelivered parcel

In case of non-delivery of a tracked parcel, please contact us within 30 days of the order. We will open a carrier investigation and, if the parcel is declared lost, arrange a reshipment.
